TTX Sales Team

We wanted to give you an opportunity to meet our sales team. They are a special group. Each of them are innovative, driven, goal-oriented, self-directed, and empathetic to their customers' needs. Click on their picture to contact them.


Our fearless leader is Chad Andreae - VP of Sales. Chad is a third-generation owner/operator at TTX. He earned his degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering. Chad is an innovative designer, holding several patents, a tough negotiator, and a savvy communicator. He is active in the Electrocat Association, the Chemical Coaters Association (CCAI) and the Powder Coat (PCI) association. He is the proud father of eight children, a pilot, and a high school girls soccer coach. Needless to say, Chad is hard to keep up with.



Ted Duda is a senior system sales engineer for TTX. He earned his Mechanical Engineering degree from the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago. Ted has 37 years of experience in designing finishing systems and loves to talk through solutions with his customers. He is active in the Ecoat Association. He is a grandpa, enjoys fishing, and still can be found skiing down the big slopes in the Rocky's.



Jeff Wienke is a system sales engineer for TTX. Jeff earned his degree in Education from Northern Illinois University. He has 35 years of finishing system sales experience and thoroughly enjoys finding solutions for customers. He has three sons, two grandchildren (so far), and loves to travel with his family. When he's not on the phone with a customer, you might find Jeff in his garden and caring for his Koi fish.



Gary Federwitz has been with TTX for nearly 40 years and began his career as a mechanical designer. Gary has been in a system sales engineering support role for about three decades and works on nearly every layout that goes through the sales department. Gary is a proud grandpa of three and an avid golfer.




Joe Laubenthal, a system sales engineer at TTX, studied computer-aided drafting and design technology at ITT Technical Institute. Joe has extensive experience in manufacturing and finishing systems including sales, engineering, manufacturing, and staff management. He is a patented inventor, speaker/presenter, and serves the Chemical Coaters Association (CCAI) and the Powder Coat Association (PCI) industry-related associations.


Abby Grommet, a TTX Environmental sales engineer at TTX, earned her degree in Chemical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology in Terre Haute, Indiana. Abby began her career as a Project Engineer for TTX Environmental and successfully headed up a wide variety of water treatment and wastewater treatment projects throughout the United States. Now as a salesperson, Abby puts together concepts and solutions for clients in industrial finishing, food and beverage industry, municipal settings, and health care fields.


Brian Rozdilsky, a sales engineer at TTX, has 20+ years in the finishing system industry. He earned his degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Bradley University and his MBA from Roosevelt University. Brian and his wife have two boys. He enjoys the outdoors as well as working out and running.




Joe Wildenberg earned his BS in Agricultural Engineering Technology from UW - River Falls. Joe started his career as a reliability engineer. Eventually, Joe became a sales engineer, selling test and measurement grade sensors for automotive and industrial markets. Joe enjoys family, tinkering with cars, trucks, and tractors, fishing, and trap shooting. Joe comes to TTX eager to learn and ready to dive into our industry.



Don Whitt is a System Sales Engineer for TTX. He works from his home office in Southeast Michigan and makes frequent visits to TTX Headquarters. He has a BA in Economics with additional classes in Project Management, Cause and Effect Defect Resolution Methodologies, and Sales. Don has 30+ years of coating experience ranging from the lab through field technical service and process engineering, then transitioning into sales and sales management. He is a part of the Electrocoat Association and CCAI. Don is excited to have joined the TTX team as he believes his values line up with those of TTX’s. During his free time, Don enjoys spending time with his wife, children, and grandchildren, as well as friends.


Darin Ploor, a system sales engineer at TTX, has a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering. Before making the move to TTX, Darin worked various positions at Fincantieri Bay Shipbuilding, with his most recent position being a Facilities Manager. Darin is new to the finishing industry and is very excited and motivated to learn about finishing and to build new relationships through networking at various industry events. During his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two young sons and helping out on his family farm. He also enjoys carpentry, watching and attending sporting events and going to the local racetrack.
