SST Frame Rail Powder Line

The line was for powder coating 40’ long frame rails. The conveyor was designed to process many different lengths and shape rails with an infinite number of different cut outs and holes. The system was fed by a large ASRS system (Automatic Storage and Retrieval System). TTX contracted the fire suppression system for the booth which had to be tested. The job also had an easy button, although it didn’t always work….
